Flexmail introduces new Privacy Policy for even more guarantee of privacy

Flexmail does everything to secure the data of her users. Next to the daily monitoring of systems and processes, the new Password Policy is now part as well. Due to this new policy you should set up a new password once. Would you like to further personalise the policy of your account, then you can have a look at the privacy configuration in the settings of your account.

How to choose a safe password?
With the choice of a safe password for your Flexmail account you should take into account the next parameters:

• At least 1 lowercase letter
• At least 1 capital letter
• At least 1 digit
• At least 1 special character
• At least 8 characters long

Are you curious how safe your current password is? With thes website How safe is your password? you have an indication in time how long it takes a hacker to unravel your password. Do you wish more information about your password? Then you should have a look at this site as well.

Golden tip: one user per person
Do you work with several persons in Flexmail? Then we recommend to create one user per person. That way every user can manage his own login and password. Does the person leave the company? Then you can easily remove the user of this person. That way you don’t necessarily need to change the password and communicate it within the team.

To which extra security options do I get access?
Would you like to tighten the security policy of your account? Then you find new parameters under Settings > Password Policy. That way you can configure that it is not allowed to log in from unknown IP addresses without permission. Or you can send yourself notifications when someone logs in with a new IP address or when he has used a false password three times.

Moreover, you can configure how often the admin and users of your account should set up a new password, and whether previously used password can be submitted again.

For further questions about the Privacy Policy, our support is happy to answer them via the number +32 8 969 00 30 or via support@flexmail.be.

Ten critical notes – with improvements – on a reactivation email

We’ve all met them, clients that are no longer engaged. They are no longer generating revenue and aren’t showing up in your shop anymore. Make your opt-in a powerful instrument

The procedure is known. When someone subscribes to your newsletter, then you confirm that. This often happens with a transactional message without too many bells and whistles. And equally often they appear with an ordinary flat text. Feb 18, 2016Ann Flipkens

“It’s a salesting”, come again?

“It’s a salesting”, come again? No, not a typo by all accounts but the essence of Revenue Boulevard. All set to merge our activities or at least to gain the relevant knowledge and […]

5 times simplicity and efficiency: LittleBits

LittleBits is a hype today. You can use small bits of electronics attached to magnets to place them in an order and program them. Simplicity isn’t just the key word for the blocks – even a child can get to work with them – but also for their email marketing. Jan 29, 2015Ann Flipkens
