The life of an email marketing campaign

In the email marketing platform Flexmail, each account will see a new dashboard being displayed. The new dashboard will display many relevant features together, that will not only sharpen your email marketing, but will also benefit your sales.

Figures and data are often the foundation of good decisions. But we often need to dig. We’d rather spend our time managing these figures, then calculating them. The new Flexmail dashboard will facilitate this. We get a real-time open window to our email campaigns.

How is your email being read?

That’s the first area in your new dashboard. The time that an email is only read on a computer with a traditional email client, has passed. Today, the reading behavior of your email contacts has evolved along with the almost unlimited availability of internet via Wi-Fi or mobile channels as 3G. In the illustration, you can see that just under half of the emails was opened in a web browser.

Web based email clients are booming. The probability that every email marketer will see a similar figure is relatively large, especially in a B2C market. In this specific case, mobile reading has a nice 17 per cent. We know that we should definitely take the typical characteristics of these devices into account.

How is your campaign evolving?

You can find that information in the big window. Every action that the platform registers based on they emails that were sent out, will be put under your nose in the form of a log. You can see who opened the email, but you will also see the action of that reader.

This creates opportunities. If you just sent out an preparatory email with sales pitches in mind, you can immediately see who read the message. When that person suddenly clicks on the link to order, you can drop the follow-up phone call. Your email campaign as a driver of your sales process. Could it be more fun?

Additional figures

The channels through which your message is being read and the actions on your messages are the elements that catch the eye. But there are other important segments in your dashboard. You can immediately see who is unsubscribing, but also who is subscribing for your mailing lists. We also added an overview of all your planned campaigns and active auto responders. Our dashboard helps you keep an eye on your contacts’ activity.
